Once you’ve placed your custom dress order, simply email your completed form to getsupport@shopdrestiny.com.
A member of our Customer Care Team will personally review your details and contact you within 1–3 business days to confirm everything before production begins.

All Drestiny custom gowns are made to order — even when selecting a standard size or color. You will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order request.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted, as production begins immediately on your custom piece.
