Upon completing payment or checking “Agree with the Terms and Conditions,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
This agreement also applies to purchases made using PayPal Express or the “Buy Now” button.

Agreement Confirmation
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted Drestiny’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return/Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy in full.
These documents collectively form the binding purchase agreement between you (the customer) and Drestiny.
Before completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the following for each product you are ordering:

Product descriptions and specifications

Sizing information and size guides (and that you have measured where applicable)

Customer reviews
-
Shipping and delivery times
-
Color and material notices, including fabric composition listed on the product page

Store policies, including Return/Refund Policy and FAQs
You agree that it is your responsibility to review these details and policies before placing an order.
1. Shipping Times and Delivery
You confirm that you have reviewed and understand the shipping and delivery timeframes for each product you are ordering. You acknowledge that:

Shipping times vary by product and are listed on each product page.

Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Late delivery does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds will not be issued solely because an order arrives after the estimated timeframe.
1(b) Custom-Made Items
For custom-made or personalized products, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed because they depend on the number of custom orders in progress at the time of purchase.

If a product is expected to take longer than normal to deliver, a notice is posted in the product specifications. By placing your order, you agree you have reviewed and accepted any such notices regarding potential delays.

You may cancel a custom-made order only within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.

Custom-made items are never eligible for return or refund, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked, donated, or resold.
2. Sizing, Returns, and Customer Responsibilities
2(a) Measuring and Sizing
You confirm that you have measured using the Size Guide provided for each product before placing your order and have not relied solely on your usual sizing habits.

If an item does not fit, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the size guide is proven to be incorrect or the product page clearly states that the item is part of Drestiny’s Free Return Program.

Measurements within 1–3 cm of the size guide are considered within tolerance and not an error.
Failure to measure prior to ordering may waive your right to a refund entirely unless you can prove the size guide is incorrect.
2(b) Photo Evidence Requirement
For any claim — including sizing issues, damage, incorrect items, or “not as described” claims — you agree to provide clear photo evidence that:

Shows the product and the specific issue being claimed

Includes the original shipping label visible in each photo to confirm product authenticity
It is solely your responsibility to ensure all photos and documents submitted are clear, legible, and meet Drestiny’s evidence requirements. Claims without proper evidence are denied until valid evidence is provided.
All evidence is reviewed by Drestiny’s Return/Refund Department, and their decisions regarding claim validity are final and upheld without exception.
2(c) Mandatory 14-Day Claim Window
You must submit Drestiny’s mandatory Return/Refund Form within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

The delivery date provided by the shipping company is considered Day 1 of the 14-day window.

Emailing, messaging, or otherwise contacting us does not count as filing a claim — only the completed and submitted form is valid.

Simply filling out the form without submitting it does not count as a valid claim.

This 14-day policy is strictly enforced. Claims submitted even one hour past Day 14 are automatically ineligible and cannot be reviewed or reopened.

If your return is approved and a Free Return shipping label is issued, you must drop off your return with the carrier listed within 4 business days.

Failure to drop off the package within this timeframe voids the return approval.

Drestiny is in no way responsible for arranging pickup or drop-off of the item. You are fully responsible for getting the item to the carrier.
No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances.
2(d) Free Return Eligibility
It is your responsibility to confirm Free Return eligibility before purchasing.

If an item is eligible, this will be stated on the bottom line of the product specifications page.

If an item is not marked as eligible, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
While we take care to display accurate information, items may occasionally be listed as Free Return by error.
In such cases, Drestiny’s Return/Refund Department will review your claim and make the final eligibility determination.
All decisions made by the Return/Refund Department are final and upheld without exception.
2(e) Sizing Issues and Free Return Program
Sizing issues are not eligible for refunds unless you can provide clear photo evidence that the size guide we provided is incorrect (measurements must be off by more than 3 cm).
If you order an item without using the Size Guide to measure before purchase, you:

May waive your right to a refund entirely unless you can prove the sizing guide is incorrect

Waive your right to participate in the Free Return Program for sizing issues

Remain responsible for all return shipping costs
-
Agree that a 17% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if a return is accepted
All sizing-related claims and Free Return eligibility determinations are reviewed by Drestiny’s Return/Refund Department, and their decisions are final and upheld without exception.
2(f) Delivered but Not Received
If an item is marked “Delivered” by the shipping company, you agree and acknowledge that:

Orders marked “Delivered” are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including claims of theft, loss, or misdelivery.
-
This applies to all orders, including made-to-order products and any items that specifically state “custom-made” in the product specifications.
-
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
-
Drestiny fulfills orders using the exact shipping address provided at checkout and does not edit, verify, or correct addresses on your behalf.
-
If an order is delivered to the address you supplied but you do not receive it, you must contact your local postal service and file a claim directly with them.
-
Drestiny is not financially responsible for packages that are misdelivered, stolen, or otherwise missing once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
2(g) Custom Items
Custom items — including made-to-order products, personalized products, or any items that specifically state “custom-made” in the product specifications — are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
You may cancel a custom order only within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, customization has begun, and cancellation is no longer possible.
By purchasing a custom item, you confirm that you understand it has been made specifically for you and cannot be resold, restocked, or donated.
2(h) Delayed Orders
Delivery timeframes provided on the product page are estimates only and are based on information from third-party carriers.

Drestiny does not consider an order “lost” or “not delivered” until 90 days have passed from the date of purchase.
-
You are not eligible for a refund or replacement before the 90-day period has elapsed.
-
Tracking updates such as “In Transit” or “Pending” do not qualify as proof of loss during this period.
-
After 90 days, Drestiny will open an investigation with the carrier. If the investigation confirms that the order was not delivered, we may authorize a refund or replacement at our discretion.
-
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped, even if they are delayed.
2(i) Product Issues or Errors
If you believe an item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you must provide clear photo evidence that includes the original shipping label (see 2(b) for requirements).
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The item must be considered substantially different from what is shown or stated on the product page
-
Minor variations in color, texture, or size within the posted tolerances (1–3 cm) do not qualify
-
Color differences are only considered an error if you received a completely different color (e.g., you ordered Red and received Green)
-
Color names that reference fabrics (e.g., “Denim Blue”) refer to color only and do not imply that the item is made of that fabric
-
Fabric composition is listed in the product specifications and is your responsibility to review before purchase
If the evidence you submit does not meet these requirements, your claim will be denied. All claims are reviewed by Drestiny’s Return/Refund Department, and their decisions are final and upheld without exception.
2(j) Restocking Fees
A 17% restocking fee applies to all returned items, including:

Standard returns

Returns approved under the Free Return Program

Custom orders cancelled within the allowed 24-hour period
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, Drestiny will gladly exchange it for a correct or undamaged replacement at no cost to you.
If you choose to receive a refund instead of an exchange, the 17% restocking fee will still apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Drestiny to deduct the 17% restocking fee from any refund amount.
2(k) Return/Refund Form Requirement
To initiate a return or refund, you must complete and submit Drestiny’s mandatory Return/Refund Form within the required 14-day period.

Emailing, messaging, or otherwise contacting us does not count as submitting a claim — only the completed and submitted form is considered valid.

Simply filling out the form without submitting it does not count as a valid claim.

All required questions on the form must be answered truthfully and completely.

If you fail to submit the form, leave required fields blank, or refuse to answer follow-up questions, Drestiny reserves the right to deny your return or refund request.

By submitting the form, you agree that all information provided is accurate and will be used to determine eligibility for a return or refund.
No exceptions will be made to this process under any circumstances.
2(l) Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase under any circumstances.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
3. Agreement to Terms, Policies, and Conditions
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to all of Drestiny’s store policies, including:

Failure to review these policies prior to purchase does not exempt you from compliance.
4. Acknowledgment of Return/Refund and Shipping Policies
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed Drestiny’s full Return/Refund Policy and Shipping Policy and agree to abide by them.
No exceptions will be made to these policies.
5. Chargeback Protection
By completing your purchase, you agree to Drestiny’s Chargeback Protection Plan, which safeguards us against fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

If a chargeback is filed, Drestiny will provide the payment processor with all supporting documentation, including proof of delivery, tracking information, order records, and the policies you agreed to at checkout.

Chargebacks filed for orders marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, or for orders that fall outside the posted eligibility requirements (including the 14-day claim window), will be fully disputed.

Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.
This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you (the customer) and Drestiny. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms, and that these terms will govern any disputes or claims arising from your order.
