Please Follow The Instructions To Return Your 'Free Return' Item Free of Charge!
Please download & print the label that was attached to the email sent to you by your assigned return/refund agent.
*You must complete this step within four days of receiving your return label or the tracking number will expire, and we have no way of creating a new one. This means if it expires, you would be responsible for the shipping costs back to us if you still wanted a refund, so it's super important to complete within four business days!
Package up your order and drop it off at the shipping company listed on the return shipping label.Please click here to see an example for your Country. (If you live in NZ, you are never eligible for free returns and if you live in the UK, we do not have an example at this time, however you can click above and review for one of the other Countries to view their examples). If that shipping company has the option, you can also arrange for pick-up through their website or by calling their customer service number.
Hold onto your return receipt in case of any issues in the future, and then wait patiently! Once your item has been returned to the warehouse and scanned, we will refund you minus the 17% restocking fee. You will receive a notification that we have processed your refund on our end, however it may take an additional 5–7 days for your credit or financial institution to process the refund.
