Personalization Instructions

1. Once you've completed the order, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com and include the following information. Customer service will contact you within 1–3 days to confirm details and finalize your order.

2. Please copy and paste the below template into an email and provide us the following information; (Please do this for all bracelets ordered!). Please include the font request and the name and/or message, up to 15 characters. Put image number in brackets. 

Example: Examples: Black Font 31 Engrave: I (165) U Lucy or Black Font 42 Engrave: Madison

3. Review Additional Information: Only the English language will have choice of font selection. (You can submit other languages, but the default font choice will be Arial 31). Must be within 15 characters per line. 5mm Width will fit 1 line of text only.

Custom Orders: If you are making a custom order, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our technicians will copy, and paste based on the text provided. The text box is case-sensitive. We will NOT spell check, and we will assume that all information provided to us, was done so correctly and accurately.
