United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
If your country isn’t listed, please email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com before ordering to confirm availability.
Estimated Timelines
We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: up to 7 business days (most orders are processed and shipped much faster).
Shipping Time: typically 5–14 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Custom-made items require additional time since each piece is crafted after you order. Shipping estimates may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order anytime using your courier’s website or our Order Tracking page.
Custom-Made Items & Cancellations
Custom pieces begin production after a 24-hour cancellation window.
After that period, cancellation is no longer possible because your item is already in production.
Custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com within 12 hours with your correct information and order number.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to re-route it. You’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange any delivery updates.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Signatures

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported where carriers allow.

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery (you’ll be notified by email).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping is always free, and no taxes are added at checkout.
However, depending on your country’s import laws, local customs or duties may still apply. These are charged by your local customs authority or courier, not by Drestiny.
Late, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
Late: If your package is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated window, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with neighbors or your building desk first, then email us within 7 days to initiate a trace.
Damaged items: Send photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order!
However, please note that custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
