Custom Orders: You are making a custom order, even if you're ordering a non-custom size from the size guide, or a color that is non-custom. You will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your custom order. Country & Currency Selection: Our website uses software to detect your country. We sell certain products only in certain regions. Return Form Submission Deadline: You must submit the required Return/Refund Form within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered. Submission date determines eligibility.
