Shipping Information

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is completely free!

All shipping is Standard shipping. The only time we expedite shipping is with most of our custom-made dresses. Due to the length of time it takes to make the items, we pay out of pocket to expedite your order to you. If you're unsure whether your order will be expedited, please feel free to reach out to us at getsupport@shopdrestiny.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
It takes anywhere between 2–14 days plus 7 days processing time* to receive your package. Customers on average receive their orders within 14 days from the time they placed their order. *For our full shipping policy, please go HERE.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. 
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped out, we email you your tracking number. It's VERY important to make sure we are part of your safe senders list, otherwise your tracking number will go to SPAM or other related folders. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at getsupport@shopdrestiny.com or chat with a live agent Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST on our Facebook page or on our website, and we will be happy to re-send that information. Please keep in mind that the tracking information is not day-to-day tracking until it has passed through customs and been handed off to your Country's Postal Service.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept almost all forms of payment. We do not however accept any digital currencies at this time, nor do we accept cash or cheques. 
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?
The main currency of the store is in USD. However, we do have software that detects what Country you're located in, and it automatically converts the prices to your local currency. You can also change the currency you're looking at by clicking on the tiny globe icon in the right-hand corner and select which currency you'd like to see the prices appear in. You can also hover over the prices in order to see them in their original USD price. All promotions such as our 'Under $25' are based on USD only. * Please keep in mind if you switch to a Country you do NOT reside in, you will be accessing products that may or may not ship to that Country. 
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Buying on-line through drestiny.net is safe. We offer SSL payment protection and none of our staff including the highest levels of management have access to your payment information. We can only ever see the last four digits of your payment method's numbers. 
WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE PRICES AND MULTIPLE NUMBERS PAST THE DECIMAL POINT?
On sale priced items, you will see two prices: the regular price and the sale price. The regular price appears in blue and the sales price appears in red. The regular price SHOULD have a slash or a stroke through it and there should only be two digits past the decimal point as prices normally do. If you do not see the slash through the regular price or if you see multiple digits past the decimal point, it's very likely that you need to clean the cache on your device. You could also try using another browser or going into 'Incognito' mode. This should resolve this issue! *We're using normal rounding rules for pricing.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Creating an account is totally optional. We do recommend that you take a few minutes to create an account so that you can create wish lists and so that it's quicker for you to check out next time you shop at Drestiny.

We NEVER miss a 72-hour response time, so if you haven't heard from us, please check your SPAM and other related folders. You can also speak to a live agent VIA our Facebook page or our website Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. If you do message us VIA live chat, please give us a few minutes to respond. HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us or send us a message via live chat ASAP. Please keep in mind that once an order ships out, we have no way of intercepting or cancelling that order. If the order has been shipped, you will have to wait to receive the item and then return it, if you do not wish to keep it. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please keep in mind that you will not see day to day movements until the order has passed through customs and been handed off to your Country's Postal Service. 
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

The first step in the return process is to fill out our MANDATORY return/refund form, located here. If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form within 14 days of getting your order. Once you've completed the form and submitted it, a return/refund agent will be assigned to you and will contact you within 72 hours of submission of the form. There is a 17% restocking fee for all returns. If you have any troubles completing the form, please email us, or you can visit or Facebook page during our live chat hours to speak to an agent live.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND COSTS?
It depends. If the item(s) you purchased is part of our 'Free Return' program. We will issue you a return label VIA email for you to print and drop off at a specified postal location.* Once we've received the item back in the condition it was sent out, we will issue you a full refund. If the item is not part of our 'Free Return' program, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind these will always be international shipping fees as we donate all of our returned items to international Countries. There are many exceptions to the two scenarios mentioned above, so it's always best to email us within the first 10 days of getting your order to let us know you wish to return the item(s) you ordered and one of our expert return/refund team members will be able to assist you with your specific questions and needs. *For all information regarding our Free Return program, please click here.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND BACK?
Once your item is returned to us and has been scanned as returned by our warehouse, we will immediately issue you a refund. It can take up to 10 days for you to receive that money back to your original form of payment though due to processing times. You will receive a notification that we have refunded your money, if you haven't received the money back after 10 days please contact us immediately, so we can launch an investigation.
