How to Care for Hair Extensions:
1. Wash the hair 1–2 times a week
2. Warm water washing, use a mild or weak acid shampoo.
Every time you wash, please wet your hair with warm water, and then apply conditioner evenly on the hair. This step is called co-wash, which allows the hair to be activated, and it is smoother and does not knot easily.
Is this human hair?
Yes, it is 100% human hair. It can not be called "natural hair" because all the light colors are bleached, as all the natural hair is a natural black color. The hair cannot be bleached again.
Can this hair be straightened or curled?
Yes, this is real human hair, so it can be straightened or curled. However, we do not recommend that you do this frequently if you want a longer hair life. If you re-style it every day, the lifetime may only be 4–8 weeks and the ends will be very dry.
Why is the color different in real life?
Monitor Reasons: Because colors appear differently depending on which device is showing them. We try to show the colors as true as possible. We cannot guarantee the color of the hair after receipt will be the same as when you purchased it.
Custom Orders: If you are making a custom order, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your order.
