Step One

Please add shipping costs to your cart just as you would when purchasing an item and checkout.

Step Two

Once you've made payment, look for an email from us that will include your return label & instructions on how to proceed with your return/refund.

Step Three

Please download & print the label that was attached to the email sent to you by your assigned return/refund agent.

Step Four

*You must complete this step within four days of receiving your return label or the tracking number will expire, and we have no way of creating a new one.

Package up your order and drop it off at the shipping company listed on the return shipping label. Please click here to see an example for your Country.

Step Five

Once your item has been returned to the warehouse and scanned, we will refund you minus the 17% restocking fee. You will receive a notification that we have processed your refund on our end, however it may take an additional 5–7 days for your credit or financial institution to process the refund.
