Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–7 business days before shipping.
Complimentary Expedited Shipping: Some custom-made dresses qualify for complimentary expedited shipping. Eligible products will clearly state this on the product page.
Shipping Estimates: All quoted shipping times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than estimated. Custom-made items may require additional time, so please order well in advance of the date you need the item.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Country & Currency Selection: Our website uses software to detect your country. We sell certain products only in certain regions. If your currency is set incorrectly (e.g., USD while living in Canada), you may encounter errors or be redirected. Always ensure your currency matches your country before placing an order.
Return Form Submission Deadline: You must submit the required Return/Refund Form within 14 days of the order being marked as delivered. Submission date determines eligibility.
Mandatory Return Form: All returns must include a completed Return/Refund Form. Returns without this form (or submitted after 14 days) will not be processed.
Restocking Fee: A 17% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Free Return Program: Return shipping costs are covered by us only for products clearly marked as eligible for our Free Return Program at the time of purchase.
International Returns: If your item is not eligible for our Free Return Program, you are responsible for shipping costs to our international return address.
New Zealand & Canada Customers: Customers located in New Zealand or Canada are not eligible for our Free Return Program and must pay all return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Items not meeting these requirements may be rejected.
Donation of Returns: All approved returns are donated and cannot be returned to the customer.
